Portland Welcome Event

Congratulations on your acceptance to 暗网禁区!

Newly admitted students for the upcoming Fall 2025 semester are invited to attend one of our three Welcome Events!听听While the overall material is centered on preparing you for your time at Western, each option contains its own special features.听

听Fall 2025 Welcome Event Dates:听

Portland: Thursday, September 4, 6:00 - 8:00 p.m.听

San Jose: Friday, August 29, 6:00 - 8:00 p.m.

Virtual: Thursday, August 28, 5:00 - 6:00 p.m.听

听In-Person Welcome Events | Portland & San Jose Locations

Bueerman webOur Portland and San Jose in-person events will include dinner and a gift bundle, as well as opportunities to connect with staff, faculty, and peers attending the event. You will also learn important information regarding your campus and events taking place there. We encourage students to attend the in-person events if they are registered to take classes at one of these locations or live close by.

Virtual Welcome Event听

Our Online Welcome Event brings together our students from across the country and the globe! You will also have good connection time with staff, faculty, and peers, along with a focus on how to succeed in an online learning format. 听The online option also helps those with full schedules who still want to receive the material for a successful start.
